At this site you can obtain data for individual degree programs using the selections in the gray shaded area (graduation rate, numbers of applications to the program and enrollment). Enrollment numbers include only students registered in that term: stop-outs are not included, even if this quarter is their first not enrolled.
Note that use of the graduation rate data requires identifying the first year of the cohort of interest was enrolled- that is, select Fall 2003 to see who has graduated by Spring 2010. If six years have not have passed since the start term you select, no results will be obtained.
The selections in the light green shaded area provide program review data and encompass all programs within the Department/Division/School level unit. These pages can be printed and used directly for program review, or alternatively, can be downloaded as csv (comma separated) files that can be imported into Excel® to convert into graphs for easier elucidation of trends for program faculty and the Program Review Subcommittee.
If you have questions about the nature of the data, please contact Jen Chen. For questions about how the data can be used in program review, contact David Connors.
